Poke-sketches 5

So here are some practice sketches I've been working on lately. Not completely happy with them, but I decided to upload it anyway.

Top left: Just some practice both with different styles of OTN gags and at different angles (all with different pokegals, most I haven't drawn before). I'm rather happy with all 4 styles, but I am curious which style you guys prefer of the 4 of them.

Bottom left: Little "continuation" of the OTN practices but with a multi-layered gag on a Delinquint Pokemon trainer. I'm really dissapointed in this one. Maybe it's the way some of her hair goes over her gag? I'm not entirely sure.

Middle....bottom right?: This is one I'm really happy with. This is my first attempt at making a gijinka of a Monster hunter creature. Specifically, the Brachydios ( monsterhunter.wikia.com/wiki/B… ). I imagined her as being a well built fighter. Perhaps not just boxing, but just fighting in general (I don't know enough about fighting to give a specific example beyond boxing). She seems to be high spirited and confident, but beyond that I haven't come up with a good character or even name for her. 

Right: My second attempt as an MH gijinka, this time for the hypnotising owl known as Malfestio ( monsterhunter.wikia.com/wiki/M… ). Her design wasn't finalized, and there are parts I both love and hate about it. I love her face and hair style, along with the baggy harem-style pants and coatail. Her sweater/shawl on the other hand.... yeah not happy with that at all. As for what she does, I imagine her to be a capable fighter (I imagine all my MH gijinkas to be fighters to at least some degree) that specializes in spell casting and limited swordplay (and while you can't see, her sword is able to seperate into 3 blades on the same hilt), using a variety of status inducing spells, with an emphasis on sleep on confusion (she is even able to use her own glasses to emit a sleep beam like ones the monster uses in-game). For her personality I imagine her being a bit of a bookworm, often scolding and correcting her friends on combat, but also occaisionally being hyper-active, with most of her movements being quick and jerky. 

So that's it, pretty disapointed with these over all, hope you guys get some enjoyment out of them.
