Poor timing

How did Camilla keep finding herselves in these situations? She wasn't even a reporter for these kinds of jobs! Camilla was going to interview a local business woman who had been getting attention for the positive changes she was making to her company. Unfortunately, she happened to walk in on said business woman making an illegal deal with Team Rocket, and this is the result of that. Poor Camilla isn't even a snoop, she just happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Camilla is a lovely little OC from my fellow , a reporter in the Pokemon world who has the unfortunate knack of finding her herself in troublesome situations like this. At least with Dylan she wouldn't be in an uncomfortable hanging position like this...
